Operator and intended use
WELLKAI-CRM is operated by Wellkai Trading Company Limited for its authorized company team of no more than 15 users. It supports customer records, opportunities, follow-up and business email workflows. It is not offered here as a public self-service CRM. Contact honina0101@gmail.com for access or support.
Accounts and authorized access
Use only a company-approved account and a mailbox you are authorized to connect. Keep credentials and authentication methods secure. Follow company access and confidentiality rules, and report suspected unauthorized access to the support address. Connecting Gmail requires your affirmative authorization; a connected mailbox must match your CRM account email.
Email and company visibility
Review recipients, message content and attachments before submitting email. You are responsible for having the necessary authority to communicate with those recipients. Business correspondence archived in the CRM may be available to authorized company colleagues under the CRM access rules; private email has additional restrictions. Do not connect an account unless you understand and agree to this use.
Privacy and data choices
The Privacy policy describes Google permissions, stored information, access, retention and limited use. The Data controls & deletion page explains how to stop synchronization, revoke Google authorization and request removal of archived records. Disconnecting does not automatically delete historical company records.
Responsible use
Do not use the CRM for spam, unlawful communications, unauthorized access or sharing information beyond your authority. Do not upload credentials, malicious files or unrelated personal data. Company administrators may restrict or disable access for security, employment changes or misuse.
Availability and records
Synchronization and sending depend on Google services, network availability and CRM operations. Check delivery and synchronization status when a result is uncertain. Maintenance or service interruptions can delay work. Do not assume every message or attachment has been synchronized, or that a backup has been verified without checking the relevant status.
