01 — Disconnect inside the CRM
Sign in to your CRM account, open Settings → Gmail, and disconnect your mailbox. This stops synchronization and clears OAuth credentials saved by the CRM. Previously archived business email and attachments remain in the CRM.
02 — Revoke access in your Google Account
Open Google Account → Third-party connections, find the connection for this application and remove its access. Google may display the application’s configured name or other identification. If you are unsure which entry is correct, contact support. Revocation prevents further Google access, but does not delete existing CRM copies.
03 — Request deletion of CRM records
Email honina0101@gmail.com from the address associated with your CRM account, with the subject “WELLKAI-CRM data deletion request”. Identify the connected mailbox and whether you want specific correspondence, attachments or all associated archived data reviewed for deletion. Do not send your password, tokens or complete email archives.
We verify identity and authority, clarify the requested scope and check applicable business and legal retention obligations. We then arrange removal of records eligible for deletion and explain any retention or limitations. A request is not an automatic deletion command, and no immediate or fixed completion time is promised.
04 — Understand backups and shared records
Data may also exist in backup archives and authorized company records. Backup copies follow the configured rotation and may not be individually editable. We will explain relevant backup retention and any records that cannot yet be removed. If a backup is restored, previously confirmed deletion requests need to be reviewed again. Revoking access or deleting a CRM record does not delete the original message in Gmail.
